Thermoplastic materials such as PP, PE and PVC are heat welded using various methods. The principle of welding plastics is to heat the material at the contact area to a soft state and to push a heated “wire” of the same material into the joint.

In ultrasonic welding, the material at the point of contact is heated and melted by the action of ultrasonic waves.

According to the customer’s wishes, we manufacture various sumps, tanks, plastic boxes, shafts, etc.

We also use welding to assemble our plastic manhole base liners.

• hot air and fusible wire welding
• welding by hand extruder with hot air and additional material
• ultrasonic spot welding
