What processes do we use to produce for you…

Fiberglass spray lamination

Fiberglass spray lamination is an advanced method of manual lamination, simplifying and speeding up the production process. A mixture of cutted fibres and resin is sprayed into the mould using a special spray gun.

Before the resin is cured, as in hand lamination, the glass fibres are compacted using a roller, saturated with resin and vented.

Fiber spraying is suitable for mass production of parts. The method is faster and requires less manual labour.

Why fibreglass laminat?

IT IS LIGHTWEIGHT – approximately 4 times lighter than steel with high strength and durability. This brings advantages in application, manufacturing, transport, assembly ….

IT IS FORMABLE – using a negative or positive mould, virtually any part can be manufactured to suit functional and design requirements

IS ROBUST – it has high tensile strength, is electrically and thermally insulating. It can withstand aggressive environments such as heat, cold, sunlight, aggressive environments in indoor and outdoor use.
