What processes do we use to produce for you…

Wacuum heatforming

We produce thermoformed plastic parts using the classic Single – Sheet – Thermoforming method, where a separate plastic plate is formed.

For production we use a vacuum forming machine GEISS T8 with a maximum size of the semi-finished product 1400 x 1400 mm and a drawing depth of 400 mm.

We process common types of thermoplastics such as PP, PE, ABS, etc.

The advantage of the method is a large selection of materials, the possibility of individual design according to the customer’s wishes and low costs for moulds.

In Single-Sheet moulding, the tightly clamped plastic plate is first heated on both sides. While the mould is moving upwards, a jet of compressed air is used to pre-stretch the hot plate. The air between the mould and the hot plate is sucked out by a vacuum pump and the atmospheric pressure causes the plate to be pressed against the mould. Cooling blowers and water mist cool the moulded part to the freezing point. The penetrating compressed air then releases the finished part from the mould.
