What processes do we use to produce for you…
Milling
For milling of artificial wood, MDF, plastics and AL alloys etc. we use a five-axis CNC milling centre SAHOS.
The size of the workpiece up to 3500 x 1650 x 800 mm and the 12-tool magazine with automatic tool change allows us to mill even very large and complex parts.
The SAHOS CNC centre is particularly suitable for milling models, fixtures, moulds, profiles but also for design milling – see. SERVICES
In particular, the GEISS three-axis CNC milling centre is used for the final milling of plastic and laminate parts.
Size of semi-finished product up to 1200 x 1200 x 400 mm, with automatic change of 2 tools.
